Built to make capital move like it should.
We started Global Deal Flow because raising or sourcing a deal shouldn't mean stitching together five disconnected tools. It should be one network, built by people who've actually run the raise.
From investor events to a full network.
Global Deal Flow grew out of Global Capital Network's investor conferences and private dinners — real rooms full of founders and investors, trying to find each other. We kept seeing the same problem: the relationships that started in person had nowhere good to continue online.
So we built the platform we wished existed — a place where discovery, verification, messaging, diligence, and closing all live together, instead of scattering across email threads, spreadsheets, and a dozen disconnected tools.
“Most platforms stop at the introduction. We wanted to build the thing that stays with you all the way to a signed deal.”
The principles behind the platform.
Trust Is Infrastructure
Verification isn't a feature we bolted on — it's why people are comfortable sharing real numbers on the platform at all.
Relationships, Not Rolodexes
A contact list isn't a network. We build for the ongoing relationship, not the one-time introduction.
Access Should Be Global
A great deal shouldn't be limited by geography. Our network spans 40+ countries because capital doesn't stop at a border.
How we got here.
Global Capital Network founded
Started as an investor conference and private dinner series in Newport Beach, CA, connecting founders directly with active investors.
The network goes global
Events and relationships expanded across 40+ countries, built entirely on in-person introductions and referrals.
Global Deal Flow launches
Built to take the in-person network online — discovery, messaging, diligence, and closing tools in one place, on web and mobile.
500+ members and growing
Founders and investors across 40+ countries use GDF to raise, source, and close — with new tools shipping regularly.
Led by people who've run the raise.

Built on the Global Capital Network.
Global Deal Flow is the platform layer of Global Capital Network — the same organization behind our investor conferences, private dinners, and capital-raising services. Everything you do on GDF is backed by a network built over years of in-person relationships.
