How to list your startup on Global Deal Flow.
Getting your company in front of active investors takes four steps — all done through your account, not through email or a contact form. Here's exactly how it works, start to finish.
Don't submit your startup through the Contact page
Deals sent through general contact forms or email aren't reviewed as listings and won't appear on the platform. Every startup has to go through the four steps below so it's properly vetted, verified, and visible to the right investors.
Create your account
Sign up with Google, LinkedIn, or email — it takes about a minute. This becomes your founder profile, and everything you submit is tied to it.
- Verify your email and phone number
- Add your name, role, and company website
- Complete ID verification (required before publishing a listing)
Create a new deal
From your dashboard, select “List Your Startup” to start a new deal. This is a private draft — nothing is visible to investors until you submit it for review.
- Name your raise and select industry & stage
- Set your raise amount and round type
- Choose public, private, or accredited-only visibility
Add your company information
This is what investors will actually see, so give it real detail — a thin listing gets skipped over. You can save and come back before submitting.
- Company description, traction, and use of funds
- Pitch deck and any supporting documents
- Cap table basics, for cap table management later
- Optional: set up a data room for deeper diligence
Submit for approval
Once your listing is complete, submit it for review. Our team checks every submission before it goes live — this is what keeps the deal flow trustworthy for investors on the other side.
- Most listings are reviewed within 1–2 business days
- You'll be notified by email once it's approved
- If changes are needed, you'll get specific feedback first
