For Service Providers

The specialists behind every serious deal.

Every raise eventually needs counsel, an accountant, a banker, or a diligence partner. Global Deal Flow gives the firms founders and investors already trust a place to be found — by the people who actually need them.

Who Belongs Here

Built for the firms that work on deals — not around them.

Our provider directory exists to serve one purpose: connecting founders and investors with the specific expertise a raise or an investment actually requires.

Securities & Corporate Counsel

Legal counsel structuring raises, entity formation, and offering documents.

Investment Banking & Capital Markets

Advisory on raises, valuations, and capital structure for larger transactions.

Accounting & Audit

Financial statement preparation, audit, and tax for growing companies.

Fund Administration

Back-office, reporting, and compliance infrastructure for funds and SPVs.

Investor Relations (IR)

Firms managing investor communications, positioning, and outreach.

Due Diligence & Financial Advisory

Independent review of financials, operations, and deal terms.

Cap Table & Equity Management

Specialists in cap table structuring, cleanup, and ongoing administration.

Escrow & Closing Agents

Neutral third parties managing the mechanics of a closing.

Valuation Services

Independent valuation for fundraising, 409A, and financial reporting.

This isn't a general business directory.

Global Deal Flow lists firms whose work is directly relevant to raising capital, investing, and closing a deal. It's not a marketplace for general contractors, marketing agencies, office services, or other businesses unrelated to the capital-raising process — regardless of quality. This keeps the directory sharp for the people using it.

Listing Standards

What it takes to be listed.

The same discipline we apply to deal listings applies here. A provider profile has to demonstrate real, verifiable expertise — not just a claim of it.

1

Credentials & Standing

  • Valid professional license or registration, where applicable
  • Verified business registration and legal entity
  • No history of regulatory action or disbarment
  • ID verification for the individual representative
2

Relevant Experience

  • Demonstrated experience with capital raises or private investment
  • Client or transaction history relevant to the category listed
  • Clear description of services actually offered
  • References or verifiable prior engagements, where available
3

Professional Conduct

  • No guaranteed-outcome or "risk-free" language in marketing
  • No solicitation of GDF members outside the platform's terms
  • Responsive to inquiries within a reasonable window
  • Accurate, current profile information at all times
Our Approach To Curation

Editorial discretion, exercised deliberately.

Right To Refuse

We choose who represents the directory.

Meeting the listing standards is necessary, but not automatic. GDF retains full editorial discretion over which providers are approved, featured, or removed — including the right to decline a listing for reasons beyond the published requirements, if something doesn’t meet the standard we hold for the network.

Featured Placement

Prominence is earned, not purchased alone.

Featured and recommended placement reflects a combination of credentials, verified transaction history, and standing within the network — not simply the highest bidder. A paid placement still has to clear the same quality bar as any other listing.

Category Exclusivity

Select categories are limited by design.

To keep the directory useful rather than crowded, certain specialized categories — such as escrow, fund administration, or a specific regional practice — may be offered on a limited or semi-exclusive basis to a small number of firms. This isn’t a guarantee of permanence, but a deliberate choice to preserve quality over volume as the network grows.

Ongoing Standards

Listed doesn’t mean permanent.

A provider that stops meeting the bar — through unresponsiveness, member complaints, or a change in standing — can be delisted after being listed, the same way a deal listing can. Quality is maintained continuously, not just at intake.

Beyond The Directory

Deeper engagements, when a deal calls for it.

Some providers on GDF are engaged for more than a directory listing — brought in directly for work like due diligence review, cap table cleanup, or preparing a company for its next raise.
